  • Double Cheeseburger– Double Trouble! Twice the beef, double the flavor. This monster features two 1/3 lb patties made from our custom blend of brisket, short rib, and ground chuck, crafted for maximum juiciness and bold, beefy flavor. Stacked with cheddar cheese, grilled onions, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomato, then finished with our signature mustard gin sauce. It’s a heavy hitter, Cove style.

  • Bacon Cheeseburger–Built for serious cravings. This 1/3 lb patty is made from our custom blend of brisket, short rib, and ground chuck grilled to juicy perfection. Sausage & Kraut – Locally made by Farm Fresh Meats., this juicy sausage is grilled and served up with sauerkraut, grilled onions, and classic yellow mustard. A Gulf Coast take on a beer garden favorite with an Alabama twist.

  • Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich– Crispy bacon, a fresh-cooked egg, and melted cheese, all stacked on a warm, toasted bun. It’s a breakfast favorite that’s equal parts comfort and crave-worthy—simple, satisfying, and made to order.

  • Hash Brown-Golden, crispy, and fried to perfection, our hash browns are the ultimate breakfast side. Whether you’re pairing them with a sandwich or enjoying them solo, these potatos deliver that satisfying crunch every time.

  • Corndog –Golden, crispy, and straight from the fryer, a classic corn dog that’s lightly battered and fried to perfection. A favorite for kids and kids at heart.(GF optional)

  • Chicken Fingers (4pc) –Four pieces of lightly breaded, all-white meat chicken strips crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Served hot and ready for dipping (GF optional)

  • French Fries –Freshly cut and fried in rich beef tallow for that golden, crispy bite and deep, savory flavor. Simple, salty, and straight-up addictive (GF optional).

  • Onion Rings –Thick cut, crispy, and golden brown, our onion rings are fried to perfection and piled high. Crunchy on the outside, sweet and tender inside. A Cove classic

  • Hot Wings –Served in 5 or 10-piece orders, these crispy wings are drenched in our house-made hot sauce and come with your choice of ranch or blue cheese. Spicy, messy, and worth every napkin.

  • Paul’s Perfect Pizza – This pie brings the heat with pepperoni, ham, sausage, green peppers, banana peppers, and jalapeños, topped with mozzarella on our handmade from scratch crust and crisped in a woodfired oven. Bold, balanced, and seriously satisfying.

  • Lucia’s Luau –A little sweet, a little salty, and totally irresistible. Bold and unforgettable, just like your favorite bartender it’s named after. This woodfired beauty features pepperoni, pineapple, feta, and mozzarella on our handmade wood fired crust.

  • JJ’s Junk –This one’s loaded. Crispy chicken fingers, grilled onions, bacon, and melty mozzarella all baked on our handmade wood fired pizza crust then topped with blue cheese and served with a side of our house wing sauce. It’s wild, it’s messy, and it’s damn good.

  • Mel’s Garbage –It’s a little bit of everything and then some. This piled-high pie comes loaded with artichoke hearts, banana peppers, black olives, green olives, mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, pepperoni, feta, and mozzarella on our handmade crust. It’s messy, it’s delicious, and somehow… it just works.

  • MaryAnn’s Mess – A beautiful disaster of flavor. This pie combines artichoke hearts, garlic, grilled chicken, bacon, spinach, feta, and mozzarella on our handmade crust. Creamy, salty, garlicky goodness messy in all the right ways.

  • Cove Burger –Yep, we turned our famous burger into a pizza. Ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomato, onions, and our secret mustard gin sauce baked on our handmade wood fired crust and topped with crispy fries or onion rings. It’s everything you love about a Cove burger… just flatter.
