Close out the year with a splash! Join the crew at Pirates Cove for our 2nd Annual Polar Plunge, a quick dip in the frigid waters at Pirates Cove(maybe, last year it was 80 degrees) loud cheers from the shore, and bragging rights to carry into the new year.

How It Works
Arrive at the beach area
Warm-up & countdown with the crowd.
Plunge together at 1:00 PM dash in, dunk, and dash out!
Post plunge hangout on the beach and around the bar. There will be hot drinks (or cold) weather permitting

What to Bring
Towel, warm layers, dry shoes, and a bag for wet clothes
Pirate hat/eyepatch/stripes (costumes encouraged but not required)
Friends, family, and your boldest sea shanty
Safety Notes
This is a brief, voluntary cold water dip. If you have health concerns, please consult your doctor first and feel free to cheer from shore.

Do I need to register?
Nope, just show up before 1pm and head to the beach.We will be jumping in at 1pm
Is it really free?
Aye! Admission is free for participants and spectators.
Where do I park? Can I come by boat?
Yes to both. Follow onsite parking directions; boaters can tie up at Pirates Cove (space is first-come, first-served).
Can kids plunge?
Yes, with a parent/guardian present.
What if I don’t want to jump?
Cheer on the crew from the beach! Costumes and cowbells welcome.
